OOHMAA Welcomes two new members to the Association

In a dynamic start to 2023, the Out of Home Media Association Aotearoa (OOHMAA) is pleased to announce two new display members, GO Media and Hyper.

Simon Teagle, General Manager of Go Media, says of joining OOHMAA, “We know that the Out of Home category has so much potential for continued growth, and GO Media is joining OOHMAA to play its role in creating positive change. We feel confident that our leadership team's knowledge will be valuable to OOHMAA and assist in achieving that growth goal.

“We look forward to working with the OOHMAA committee to further lift the status of the channel in advertisers’ media mix and working through industry challenges,” adds Teagle.

Ben Partington, CEO of HYPER, believes that becoming a part of OOHMAA would benefit both HYPER and the industry.

"Becoming a member of OOHMAA is an important milestone for HYPER and is representative of our dedication to the industry. We're proud to join OOHMAA and look forward to being part of an organisation with a clear vision and roadmap to help stimulate the growth of the sector and its media owners," says Partington.

Natasha O’Connor, CEO of OOHMAA, says that OOHMAA and its members work to maximise the sector’s potential and acknowledge that a key way to achieve this is by creating inclusivity and strong relationships within the industry.

“We expect the next few years will throw up several challenges for the entire advertising industry, and having GO Media and HYPER join our experienced Board and members to work towards future-proofing our industry feels incredibly positive”, concludes O’Connor.

GO Media and HYPER join existing OOHMAA members Ad-Vantage Media, Bekon Media, JCDecaux, JOLT, Media5, MediaWorks, oOh!Media and VAST.
