We would love to see your genius at work; send us your campaign.

TrustPower

Aotearoa: Ponsonby, Auckland is home to what may be a first for New Zealand’s advertising industry – a hand knitted 6 x 3 special build billboard for TrustPower.

The concept for the billboard was developed by Trustpower’s long standing agency partner, Art & Industry.

Carolyn Schofield, Trustpower’s Head of Brand explains: “Trustpower has been supplying broadband to New Zealanders for 15 years. We have built our own carrier grade ISP network and supply over 100,000 broadband connections. But because Trustpower’s origins are as an electricity company there are some people who think our expertise are still just in power.  One phrase we’ve heard regularly in consumer research over the years is ‘Stick to your knitting’. We wanted to find a fun way to show these more sceptical consumers that ‘Broadband is our knitting’ too and so that’s how the idea of a knitted billboard developed.”

The production of the billboard was handled in house with a dedicated team of staff, plus a few Mums of staff, volunteering hundreds of hours during the last two months to bring it to life.

Auckland Transport (AT) and The Edge

Aotearoa: Tunes, Rides & Six60! AT teamed up with The Edge to get everyone to hop on public transport and get to the gig on time!

Using the wide breadth of MediaWorks’s Out of Home portfolio the message ran across buses (internally and externally) and Commuter Hub via trackside billboards, internal digital panels and billboards. Bringing ‘an edge’ to this campaign, The Edge crew jumped on board the train to warm up the vocals with some Karaoke before the gig.

Simply Roasted

UK: Who said packvertising had to be boring?

Task 1: design a brand & pack for simply roasted crisps' delicious, real sliced potato crisps with 50% less fat, 25% less salt & only 94 cals - they’re fancy.

Task 2: turn that packaging into a massive billboard. simple.

The special build was in place for two weeks and is designed to amplify the Simply Roasted listing in 250 Waitrose & Partners stores and on Ocado, which launched in September 2022.

The London site special build forms part of Simply Roasted’s first and wider national OOH campaign coinciding with the brand’s successful in-store promotions at Waitrose, including sampling initiatives which have resulted in a 300% sales uplift.

Sky TV

UK: Delivering the 56 projections has been a triumph of creative collaboration across Sky, Rapport, Pixel Artworks, Sky Creative and Mediacom.

The projections will be seen at vast sizes and with each one built-in motion, which ensures the campaign’s visibility.

Nespresso

Unknown: This caught our eye while scrolling through a LinkedIn feed however there was no information on who created it and when or where it ran. We've included it simply because it is awesome.
